🌞 *Today, July 26, the second session of the “Sonechko” Day Temporary Recreation Camp began!* 🌞
New children, new friendships, new emotions, and unforgettable experiences! ❤️ From the very first minute, our young guests were welcomed with warm smiles, exciting activities, and lots of fun.
Today, our favorite entertainers from Zhytomyr visited us. Together with the children, *Goose Hug* and *Patron the Dog* filled the day with laughter, hugs, joy, and wonderful memories. 🪿🐶
At the beginning of the day, our doctor examined all the children, checking their height and weight and talking with each child. Throughout the day, the children played games, created crafts, relaxed, made new friends, and had an amazing time.
🍽️ *Today’s menu was both delicious and nutritious:*
🥪 *Breakfast:* sandwiches with butter and hard cheese, served with fragrant tea.
🍲 *Lunch:* milk vermicelli soup, juicy oven-baked beef cutlet, creamy mashed new potatoes, and homemade fruit compote made from strawberries, blackcurrants, cherries, cherry plums, blueberries, and White Naliv apples.
🍎 *Afternoon snack:* bananas, apples, and our delicious homemade apple strudels served with tea.
The happy smiles and shining eyes of the children are the greatest reward for our entire team. ❤️
We are also continuing to beautify our shelter. Our talented artist, *Svitlana Hryhorivna*, is creating a beautiful mural that will soon delight all the children with bright colors and Ukrainian-inspired designs. 🎨🌻
We are one big family! Our educators, cooks, cleaners, drivers, medical staff, entertainers, and volunteers all put their hearts into making sure our children feel happy, safe, loved, and cared for.
Thank you to everyone who supports us! Together, we are making childhood brighter, kinder, and happier for our children. 💙💛
