Today, I can proudly say that the work of the “Onufriienko-Children” Charity Foundation has become so well organized that even without my constant presence, the foundation continues to work fully, help people, distribute clothing and essential items, and support children and families 🙏
This is no longer just help. This is a real team. This is a separate living mechanism where everyone knows their role, treats people responsibly, and works from the heart ❤️
My volunteer girls put their work, strength, patience, and hearts into our common cause every single day. And for me, this is incredibly valuable.
Yes, they report to me daily, we stay in constant contact, I monitor everything and care deeply about every process. But the greatest happiness for me is seeing that the foundation can work in a coordinated, honest, and responsible way even without my direct involvement.
This means only one thing — we managed to build a truly strong team 💛
